Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your services, we ask that you call us within 14 days of your initial appointment.
We request 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a fee of 50% of missed services added to your final total of the next appointment. This fee will not count as payment towards other services. We understand emergencies happen and they will be taken into consideration.
