Cancellation Agreement:

We request 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a fee of 50% of missed services. This fee will not count as payment towards other services. We understand emergencies happen and they will be taken into consideration.


No Show Agreement:

Failure to cancel your appointment also known as a no show will result in a fee of 100% of your services. After two no shows your credit card must be on file to book any future appointments. 

Running Late:

We give a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please let us know if you will be running late. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, change in services or rescheduling your appointment might be necessary to best service you. 

Adjustment Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your services, we ask that you call us within 14 days of your initial appointment.

Service Fee:

Effective January 10, 2023, we will be adding a $5 service fee to each service ticket. This service fee will help to cover operational costs.
