Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To best respect the time and expertise of our stylists, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window but within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur the following fees:
• $35 for haircut and styling services
• $50 for color, chemical, or extension services
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Cancellation fees are not transferable and may not be applied toward future services.
We understand that emergencies can arise and will always be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy
Failure to cancel or attend your scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.
After two no-show appointments, a $50 deposit will be required to book any future services. This deposit will be applied to your appointment total when services are completed.

Late Arrival Policy
We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate arriving late.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, a change in services or rescheduling may be necessary to ensure we can properly care for all scheduled guests.

Adjustment Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact the salon within 14 days of your original appointment. Adjustments must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and will be performed by the original stylist when possible.

Service Fee
Effective January 10, 2023, a $5 service fee is applied to each service ticket. This fee helps support rising operational costs and allows us to continue providing an exceptional salon experience.

Personal Belongings & Clothing Disclaimer
We kindly ask guests to be mindful of their clothing, bags, and personal belongings during their visit. While every precaution is taken, just b. hair Salon is not responsible for damage to clothing, accessories, or personal items that may occur during services. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, wearing a smock and leaving valuable items at home when possible.

Guest Policy
To ensure a relaxing and focused experience for all guests and stylists, we kindly request that clients attend their appointments alone. Additional guests, including children, are not permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service.

Non-Refundable Services Policy
All services performed at Just B Hair Salon are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within the timeframe outlined in our Adjustment Policy so we may address them appropriately.
