Brayden Pelletier is the founder and creator of Just B Hair Salon in Atlanta and a globally recognized Redken Artist with over 20 years of experience in the hair industry. He began his professional career at just 16 years old and went on to serve as an Educational and Artistic Director for a large salon company before opening Just B. Today, Brayden leads two successful salon locations while continuing to shape the industry through education, mentorship, and artistry on a global level.

Brayden currently serves as Redken’s Director of Artistic Development and Design and is an Artistic Ambassador for the brand. As an International Redken Artist and Educator, he is known for his fresh, movement-driven cutting style and his ability to break down complex techniques into clear, actionable tools. His philosophy centers on mastering the “why” behind every technique, unlocking creativity while empowering consistency and confidence behind the chair. This approach allows him to create fully customized looks for each client while helping stylists elevate both their artistry and their business.

His work has been showcased on some of the industry’s most prestigious stages, including multiple seasons of New York Fashion Week, the MTV Video Music Awards, and runway shows for designers such as Marc Jacobs and Diesel. Brayden’s influence and artistry have earned him widespread recognition, including the honor of NAHA 2024 Master Hair Stylist of the Year.

A passionate and sought-after educator, Brayden travels internationally facilitating advanced education at salons around the world. He has taught at the Redken Exchange in New York City and on the main stage at major industry events, including Redken Symposium in 2013 and 2015 and Euro Symposium in 2016. His high-energy, fashion-forward education sessions are grounded in real-world application, leaving stylists inspired, confident, and empowered to create at the highest level.
