Jim started in the industry in 2012 and quickly worked his way up in the salon.  He worked as an educator, mentoring new talent, and manager for serval years.  As a Redken certified colorist and designer, Jim specializes in custom coloring techniques and fashion-forward hair cutting. He is a continuous student at the Redken Exchange in New York City and has attended classes in Las Vegas, Orlando, Atlanta, and NYC.
