She enjoys all aspects of hair but especially loves keratin treatments, gray coverage, and balayage, combining technical precision with creativity to deliver beautiful, lasting results.

Jess is Certified in Global Keratin Smoothing Treatments and is deeply committed to continued education. She has attended multiple Redken Symposiums, including the most recent in Nashville, as well as several Redken Centricity classes in Orlando. Jess consistently invests in advanced training to stay current with the newest techniques while refining the timeless classics.

Her approach to hair is personal and intentional. Jess believes lifestyle, personal style, and individuality are essential when designing hair for each client. By taking the time to truly get to know her guests, she is able to create customized looks that feel authentic, wearable, and confidence-boosting.

Outside of the salon, Jess enjoys crafting, party decorating, and getting lost in a good book, bringing the same creativity and attention to detail into everything she does.
